Georgia Muscogee County Voter Challenge

Lawsuit brought by Majority Forward and individual Georgia voters against Muscogee and Ben Hill County Boards for challenging the eligibility of over 4,000 voters ahead of the Georgia Senate runoff elections. The district court granted a preliminary injunction against Muscogee County blocking it from upholding any challenges based on certain criteria and requiring it to properly advise voters whose eligibility was challenged. The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case.
