Michigan Democratic Counties Election Challenge

Lawsuit filed by individual voters seeking to exclude presidential election results in Wayne, Washtenaw and Ingham counties from Michigan’s 2020 general election results based on allegations that illegal ballots were counted. The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
