Michigan Vote By Mail Challenge

Lawsuit filed by individual voters challenging Michigan’s extension of the mail-in ballot receipt deadline and allowance of ballot collection for the 2020 general election. The Michigan Alliance for Retired Americans and the Detroit/Downriver chapter of the A. Philip Randolph Institute intervened in the case to protect the expansion of vote by mail options in the state. The parties entered a stipulation of voluntary dismissal.
