Minnesota 2nd Congressional District Defensive Intervention

Lawsuit filed by a third-party candidate running for Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District after her name was not added to the  ballot to replace the third-party’s original candidate who had died. The current representative for the district, Angela Craig (D), and an individual voter successfully intervened in the case. The court denied the plaintiff’s request for injunctive relief and subsequently granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the case.
