Pennsylvania Philadelphia County BOE Vote Counting

Lawsuit brought by the Trump campaign seeking to stop the Philadelphia County Board of Elections from counting ballots until Republican observers are present. The court denied the Trump campaign’s motion for an emergency injunction and the campaign voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
