Lawsuit brought by the state of Texas against Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan seeking to invalidate their election results. Texas petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court, which denied its request for lack of standing.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
