Order granting request to keep one precinct place located at Blackstone Primary School in Blackstone, Virginia open until 8 p.m EST. The polling location would normally remain open until 7 p.m. EST, but after experiencing technical difficulties this morning, election officials asked the court to extend polling hours by one hour.
