Petition filed by President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and the Trump campaign against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris claiming fraud in the Wisconsin 2020 presidential election and requesting a recount in Milwaukee and Dane counties. The trial court affirmed the counties’ certification of presidential results, as did the Wisconsin Supreme Court. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to grant Trump’s petition.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
